We're seeking a skilled Sr. IT Application Support Analyst to join our Global Technical Application Support organization remotely, focusing on supporting our US government clients. You'll provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for our cutting-edge Digital Solutions applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in leading and supporting Enterprise level applications
  • Advanced level experience supporting a multi-tier on-perm or cloud-based architecture
  • Strong proficiency in one or more major cloud service providers
  • Deep understanding of IT service delivery principles
  • Strong experience with Linux
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • US Citizenship and eligibility/willingness to submit for a U.S. Government Security Clearance
