Sr. IT Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Program Manager to lead complex IT projects across multiple business units and regions, requiring a blend of technical expertise, project management experience, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in an enterprise environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong technical background or understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, application lifecycle management, and systems integration
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow)
• Solid grasp of IT governance, collaboration tools, and identity management best practices is a plus
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and experience applying data-driven decision-making in IT operations
