Sr. IT Risk Management and Compliance Specialist

Lubrizol is seeking a Sr. IT Risk Management and Compliance Specialist to develop and improve the company's Information Security program. This role involves leading the development and execution of enterprise-wide risk strategies, mentoring junior team members, and responding to external requests related to IT risk management and compliance. The specialist will manage risks associated with third-party relationships, audits, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, or related field
• 3+ years of industry experience in risk management, audit, third-party risk, or related areas
• Solid understanding of security domains and frameworks (ISO, NIST)
• Experience with risk management systems (AuditBoard, RSA Archer, ServiceNow IRM preferred)
