Sr. IT Risk Management and Compliance Specialist

Lubrizol is seeking a Sr. IT Risk Management and Compliance Specialist to lead the development and improvement of the company's Information Security program. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the security of global operations, conduct audits, and respond to regulatory inquiries. The specialist will be a key resource for third-party risk management, process improvement, and compliance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in risk management, audit, third-party risk, or operations.
• Solid understanding of security domains and knowledge of ISO and NIST standards.
• Experience with a risk management system like AuditBoard or ServiceNow IRM is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and collaboration tools is needed.
