We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Business Solutions Service Delivery Manager to partner with cross-functional teams to effectively coordinate and prioritize service delivery activities. The ideal candidate will have +5 years' experience in leadership, overseeing teams in business solutions, data analytics, and integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Technology, or Business Administration (focusing on Information Systems), or a related field.
- +5 years’ experience in leadership, overseeing teams in business solutions, data analytics, and integrations, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
- Experience in agile environments, with strong organizational skills to manage schedules and development activities while bridging teams and facilitating communication.
- ServiceNow Knowledge: Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD functionalities and experience with ServiceNow Demand is preferred.
- Solid understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Service Now, AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark) is desirable.
- Familiarity with low code, no code, and Workday solutions.
- Experience with data integration platforms and technologies such as API integrations, ETL processes, and data warehouses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
