The Senior Manager, Employee Relations is responsible for conducting workplace investigations, overseeing a team of employee relations professionals, and providing data-driven insights to the Global Employee Relations Team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a people leader in the Employee Relations / Human Resources space
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing employee relations roles
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
