Sr Manager (HRBP)

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human resources
• 12-15 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or a related role within a technology or SaaS company in India
• Proven track record of driving employee success and satisfaction
• Experience as a HR business partner handling the entire employee lifecycle and having deep knowledge of HR best practices and processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and internal teams
• Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills with the ability to build relationships across levels
• Experience in Workday and ServiceNow as a ticketing tool to track HR metric will be beneficial
