Requirements
- Master’s degree in human resources
- 12-15 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or a related role within a technology or SaaS company in India
- Proven track record of driving employee success and satisfaction
- Experience as a HR business partner handling the entire employee lifecycle and having deep knowledge of HR best practices and processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and internal teams
- Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills with the ability to build relationships across levels
- Experience in Workday and ServiceNow as a ticketing tool to track HR metric will be beneficial
