Sr Manager (HRBP - Digital Initiatives)

The Senior Manager – Associate Success will play a pivotal role in aligning Associate Success (AS) strategies with business objectives while driving HR technology transformation across the organization. As part of the BYonder Care team, this role will be responsible for implementing digital initiatives leveraging Workday and ServiceNow to enhance associate experience, process and operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human resources
• 13 to 16 years of experience in HR shared services, operations or HR technology roles
• Proven expertise in Workday and ServiceNow HRSD
• Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills, program management skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for improving AS processes through innovative solutions
