Sr Manager, Inbound Product Management - Gen Ai

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Product Management Leader to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of Generative AI Platform capabilities, focusing on data infrastructure, AI readiness, and trusted AI delivery. The role involves partnering with engineering, platform, and horizontal teams to deliver platform features that power next-gen applications. This individual will ensure robust and scalable platform components to address the challenges of Gen AI deployment in the enterprise.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• Experience building or managing Gen AI platform capabilities.
• 14+ years of enterprise software product management experience, with at least 5 in SaaS, AI/ML or data platform experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's platform and application portfolio.
• Thought leadership in Generative AI trends, AI safety, and enterprise AI adoption patterns.
