The Sr. Manager, IT Operations & Support Services is responsible for ensuring effective IT service delivery to internal and external clients. This role focuses on transforming MyEyeDr.’s support services through AI and enhanced observability, leading ITSM initiatives and driving automation. The position collaborates with IT departments, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver service-level agreements (SLAs) and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading service desk, NOC/SOC, and support teams using Modern Cloud and Legacy environments.
  • Healthcare and medical devices experience a plus.
  • Experience in a multi-location retail environment required.
  • Servant leadership and customer first mindset.
