Sr. Manager IT PMO

The Sr. Manager IT PMO is responsible for overseeing the IT Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects across the organization. The role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, governance, and continuous improvement of PMO processes. The Manager collaborates closely with Hexion’s Transformation Office to identify initiatives requiring IT project-level support and to integrate them into standardized PMO frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of IT project management experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• PMP certification required or actively in progress
• Experience as a Portfolio Manager preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Project a plus
• Experience with project portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Planview, or equivalent) is a plus
