Sr. Manager Platform Architect, ServiceNow

The Sr. Manager Platform Architect, ServiceNow is responsible for the overall design and implementation of the ServiceNow platform, including translating business and functional requirements into technical architectures. The role requires 4 days per week onsite and involves leading a team to deliver the complete solution for Business and IT Partners.

Requirements

• Expert level command of administration & architecture in ServiceNow
• Extensive experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and SecOps
• Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript or Jelly
• Ability to work with global team and utilize global best practices for service delivery
• Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult, while providing thought leadership to stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
• Proven team player and team builder
