Sr. Manager, Product Design, DTXD

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior UX Manager to lead a team focused on ServiceNow's employee-facing products and platforms. This role requires a champion for design craft, quality, and delivery, while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI and human-centered design. The position is strategically positioned to influence product development and directly impact ServiceNow’s customer experiences.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle.
• Experience leading user experience design teams.
• 4+ years of experience managing people and/or leading design teams.
• 9+ years of experience in Product Design and/or Interaction Design field.
