Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in large-scale change management and strategic communications.
- Proven track record of leading change management for complex programs in Finance.
- Experience with enterprise planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan) and finance transformation programs.
- Advanced proficiency in communications and training content authoring.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-directed, and action-oriented.
