ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Success Advocate to help customers achieve their goals and improve platform adoption for ServiceNow products. This role involves leading a portfolio of customers, managing engagement, driving value, and creating new success plays. The Customer Success Advocate will work closely with the Customer Outcomes team, consulting partners, and ServiceNow product team to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Consulting or Delivery roles
  • 5+ years in leadership
  • Experience managing customer success or delivery teams
  • Strong background in the Telecom & Media industry
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or relevant certifications
  • Proven track record of engaging with C-Suite executives
  • Strong business acumen and experience driving renewals/expansions
