Sr. Mgr, Employee Communications and Engagement

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is seeking a strategic Sr. Mgr of Employee Communications and Engagement to enhance internal employee engagement with the company’s digital content. This role will oversee the creation and execution of content for the employee portal on ServiceNow, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for company and remote employees. The position requires strong communication, content management, and data analysis skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field
• 7-9 years of digital communications and digital content experience (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in large-scale digital content operations
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
• Experience with digital communication tools and platforms
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and/or software applications
