As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining network architecture to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will work closely with the Global IT Infrastructure Network team to assess, improve, and enhance the existing security posture of Dexcom's IT and OT networks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
- Proven subject matter expertise as a Network Engineer in network hardware, software configuration, networking technologies, TCP/IP, Cisco (preferred) and/or Extreme (not essential) Routing/Switching/WiFi
- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques and a deep understanding of ITIL-compliant environments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or another IT service management solution
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP
