Abnormal AI is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to lead initiatives in compliance, systems, and employee experience. This role will own critical People Ops processes, collaborating with People Tech, Legal, Security, and AI teams to improve the employee lifecycle through AI. Focus will be on streamlining processes and leveraging AI tools to automate tasks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of People Operations or HR experience
- Deep knowledge of onboarding/offboarding, HR compliance, and policy management
- Fluency with Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse, and Lattice
- Experience applying AI tools to streamline workflows or improve employee support
- Ability to use AI tools to support employee inquiries, draft HR content, or manage documentation
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience supporting scaling teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Prior experience launching or scaling AI-powered employee support systems (e.g., bots, agents, self-service portals)
- Familiarity with self-service models, AI agents, or tiered support structures in People Ops
