Sr People Operations Manager

This Senior People Operations Manager role leads initiatives in compliance, systems, and employee experience in an AI-orchestrated workplace. The role focuses on designing, maintaining, and evolving intelligent infrastructure to power the employee lifecycle. The manager will leverage AI tools, SOPs, and data to improve employee experience and compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of People Operations or HR experience
• Deep knowledge of onboarding/offboarding, HR compliance, and policy management
• Fluency with Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse, Lattice
• Experience applying AI tools to streamline workflows or improve employee support
• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard, Glean) to support employee inquiries
• Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience supporting scaling teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
