• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT field
• CSA and CAD certifications
• 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
• 5+ years of ServiceNow Consulting
• 3+ years of Service Portal Development experience
• Release Management Experience
• Clone Experience
• Strong ServiceNow development experience
• Integration experience
• Proficiency in application development lifecycle
• Experience as a technical resource
• Knowledge of ticket management and communication
• Experience with MS Excel
