Comcast is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of their ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, with the ability to craft scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that align with the organization's IT and business strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in IT service management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party tools
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and enterprise architecture principles
  • Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, application development, integrations, and customizations
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, enterprise application integration, and system architecture
  • Ability to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions that scale with enterprise needs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovate
  • Proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships within the organization
