Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in IT service management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party tools.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, application development, integrations, and customizations.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, enterprise application integration, and system architecture.
  • Ability to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions that scale with enterprise needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovate.
  • Proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
