Esri is seeking a Sr. Process Improvement Consultant to leverage technical expertise and passion for process improvement. This role focuses on identifying, defining, managing, and delivering transformative improvements, mentoring colleagues, and leading the development of new service offerings. The consultant will be a master practitioner and leader within the internal-consultant model.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with business process improvement
- Experience with Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies
- Strong documentation and diagramming skills
- Strong sense of accountability and passion for delivering value
- Experience proactively escalating issues
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Proven experience driving consensus across stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand technical jargon
