We are seeking a Sr Product Manager to lead product management activities and build and optimize solutions for complex business issues using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or related fields, and hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR appropriate combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years' experience in business analysis, product management, metrics and reporting, platform-based process management, or other relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience and expertise in a primary domain such as: IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or related domain
