PayPal is seeking a Sr Product Manager to lead product management activities using the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will analyze business needs, identify new capabilities, and implement solutions to drive digital transformation and enablement functions. The role requires a strong understanding of business analysis, product management, and process methodologies, as well as experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Requirements

  • Performs SaaS and enterprise-wide applications assignments using specialized enterprise systems knowledge and developed business expertise
  • Leads enterprise-wide applications projects and/or programs within PayPal with moderate scope impacting information technology or enterprise systems functions
  • Analyzes, evaluates, and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision
  • May act as an enterprise systems resource for entry level and developing colleagues
