Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, product management, metrics and reporting, platform-based process management, or other relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience and expertise in a primary domain such as: IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM)
