The Sr Retail Production Support Engineer will support and troubleshoot critical issues in retail stores, collaborate with teams, and develop automated tools to reduce manual effort.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Hardware, Database, Software Engineering, IT, or Electronics Engineering
- 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related occupation
- Experience with SQL, Dot Net, Micro Services, DHCP, Mobile Device Management, Splunk, New Relic, ServiceNow-ITSM, POS peripherals, and Mainframes
