As a Sr Sales Operations Analyst, you will support Sales Management in forecast meetings, perform pipeline reviews, and analyze customer licensing and usage to identify new revenue opportunities. You will also interface with various stakeholders to develop solutions for Channel & Alliance growth and roadmap.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience of Sales Operations in a software sales organization
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel
- Experience with a CRM system
- Strong listening, analytic and organizational skills
- Team Player with positive attitude
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
