Sr Sales Operations Analyst

ServiceNow is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support customer accounts, quotes, and forecasting processes. The role involves managing customer data, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring accurate invoicing and compliance with customer licensing requirements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of sales processes.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 4+ years of proven experience of Sales Operations in a software sales organization.
• Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with a CRM system.
• Strong listening, analytic and organizational skills
• Effectiveness communicator, both written and verbal
• Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment
