Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Administrator to lead the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform in a mid-to-large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow and a strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM environments.
Requirements
- Administer and maintain all core modules within ServiceNow
- Perform advanced configuration and development of forms, workflows, client/server scripts, notifications, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
- Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits of the CMDB, discovery results, and related data sets

Requirements Summary
Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow administration experience, Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree may be considered), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
