Tier One Technologies is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Administrator Specialist to support our US Government client. This hybrid contract-to-hire position will be located in Raleigh, NC.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services
- 8+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related technical field
- Strong knowledge of policy and procedural tasking as it applies to ServiceNow administration
- Must hold a current ServiceNow System Administrator certification
- Hands-on development experience with custom workflows, scripts, portal design, and system integrations within ServiceNow
- Proficiency in JavaScript, with working knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel
