F5 is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Architect to lead the technical design and strategy of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with workflow automation, ServiceNow integration, and technical leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 4 years in an architect role
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow integration capabilities (e.g., Integration Hub, REST, SOAP) and experience integrating with enterprise platforms
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide, and other ServiceNow development technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in building solutions through ServiceNow AI capabilities like NowAssist
