Credence is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to assist in the technical solution and development of applications and AI solutions. The role involves managing and participating in designing and developing solutions using various OOTB modules such as Product Catalog, ServiceNow Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, Notifications, Integration, Content Management System (CMS), and ITSM Modules, Request Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), CSM, and other ServiceNow modules, as required.
Requirements
- Ensure all development aligns with the architecture principles of ServiceNow.
- Manage the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, migrating to Production.
- Understand the business context and translate requirements into sustainable ServiceNow implementation.
- Manage the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and go-live support.
Requirements Summary
BS in related field; 5-7+ years ServiceNow exp. ServiceNow architecture & ACLs understanding. Strong communication skills
