Sr ServiceNow Developer

Newfold Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their global team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management modules
• Implement and manage ITOM processes, including event management, discovery, and service mapping
• Coach and mentor other members of the Global ServiceNow team
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve production problems related to the ServiceNow platform
• Manage development projects, including planning, scoping, resource allocation, and delivery timelines
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, proposing enhancements and upgrades
• Coach and mentor junior ServiceNow developers, transferring knowledge and best practices
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
