Sr ServiceNow Engineer (R-00083)

True Zero Technologies is seeking a Sr ServiceNow Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related experience, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or System Engineer and/or Certified Implementation Specialist, and strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and ITIL best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or System Engineer and/or Certified Implementation Specialist
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITOM & ITSM) and other platform capabilities.
• Knowledgeable in applying ITIL best practices.
• Implementing and maintaining secure ServiceNow solutions.
• Familiarity with different types of testing, including functional and security testing
• Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP and other integration mechanisms.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
