Sr. ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer/Administrator

The Sr. ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer/Administrator will be responsible for supporting the GRC/IRM modules, specifically Policy and Compliance Management and Audit Management, and leading efforts to automate repetitive processes in the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform.
• Map policies to controls.
• Identify areas to improve audit gaps, productivity, and compliance, including automation opportunities.
• Support IT operations teams to assess and fix security vulnerabilities, gaps, and weaknesses across IT infrastructure.
• Assist with internal and external compliance audits.
• Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity GRC Analysts to process audit controls, audit gaps, tickets, workflows, and to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Lead efforts to automate repetitive processes in the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with the IT Compliance Engineers, Control Owners and Attestation Owners to create and execute tests and attestations, and to update control documentation when required.
