This role involves identifying and developing new Service opportunities, serving as a trusted advisor to the customer and partner, and contributing to overall sales strategy. Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of previous services sales experience
  • Demonstrable achievement guiding customers through transformation and use cases within Healthcare & Life Sciences
  • New account sales focus, operating independently
  • Existing relationships in large enterprise accounts a plus
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving Services, Success, or Training sales targets
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across lines of business
  • Strong operational command – managing end-to-end franchise
