ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Services Executive to manage both Expert Services and Success Services sales. The role focuses on maximizing service customer satisfaction and ensuring successful project delivery by driving the full range of ServiceNow products. This includes collaborating with the Delivery organization and ensuring that clients make the most of their ServiceNow investment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in selling professional services and/or solutions in the Federal space
- Consultative sales experience is required
- Ability to build and collaborate strong relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota and key success metrics
- Strong focus on ownership and execution against deadlines
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Travel required up to 50%
