As a Sr. Software Developer I, you'll customize and configure ServiceNow IT System Management and Public Sector Digital Services functionality, ensuring it meets organizational requirements and aligns with best practices. This role focuses on developing, deploying, and maintaining advanced solutions within the ServiceNow platform to optimize service desk and customer relations management functionality.
Requirements
- An active Secret level security clearance (or higher) OR the ability to obtain
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on IT System Management (ITSM), Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS), or related modules.
- Strong expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including scripting and integrations.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing asset management solutions and workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow tables, fields, and relationships, particularly within the ITSM/PSDS module.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
