Gartner IT is seeking a motivated and well-rounded ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that drive continuous improvement across Gartner. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a passion for building scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform following best practices.
- Provide guidance to junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality based on ServiceNow best practices.
- Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot issues and provide fixes, work on Support tickets.
- Help stakeholders adopt to new features of ServiceNow.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features.
- Document processes or Technical Design Documents.
- Work closely with the stakeholders and the ServiceNow Product owner, ServiceNow Architect and Business Analyst to build solutions.
