PayPal is seeking a Sr Software Engineer to lead ServiceNow Enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) architecture. The role involves designing, optimizing, and documenting ITSM and Gen AI capabilities, aligning with business needs through technical capabilities. This position offers a balance of in-office and remote work and will focus on improving and expanding on the core ServiceNow Platform and Gen AI capabilities.
