We are hiring a Sr. Solutions Engineer (HR Technology) to join our team in Irving, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering integrated HR technology solutions, collaborating with delivery teams and business partners to solve complex business challenges.
Requirements
- 4–8 years' experience designing and delivering technical solutions in an enterprise environment (ideally HR tech, especially Workday)
- Technical Skills: Integration: REST & SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workday Studio), SFTP, webhooks
- Low-Code/No-Code: Workday Extend, ServiceNow, Power Platform
- Solution Documentation: ERDs, process flows, capability diagrams, data mapping
- Scripting familiarity (Python, PowerShell) a plus
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to translate business needs into technical and functional requirements, and to make recommendations with clear articulation of business impacts and tradeoffs.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive presentation experience.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to build trust and partnerships across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Ownership: Track record of high initiative and accountability in ambiguous, collaborative settings.
- Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile environments, writing user stories, and participating in iterative delivery.
