Design and develop services and infrastructure to support Visa's Managed Dispute Resolution Services as a ServiceNow Developer.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 3 - 6 years of extensive configuration and development experience across ServiceNow Platform, Portal, Mobile, and IT Service Management modules
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, CSS, REST, SOAP, and HTML
- Understanding the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, and FTPS
- Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, and standard relational database concepts
- Experience with ServiceNow Security features, including user administration, roles, groups, and ACLs
- Understanding of ServiceNow Best Practices
- Advanced technical skills in UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Mid Server Configuration & Architecture, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Update Sets
- Certifications such as CSA (Certified ServiceNow Admin), CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist), or CAD (Certified Application Developer) are a plus
- Strong analytical skills for business process and workflow analysis
- Effective communication skills with customers, system administrators, team members, and management, using sound judgment for enterprise impacts of technical decisions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with geographically dispersed locations
