Sr SW Test Engineer (4 - 6 years of experience in ServiceNow Testing, HRSD module, ServiceNow ATF)

Visa is seeking a Senior Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of HRSD applications on the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will design, develop, and execute test cases using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Conduct thorough testing of HRSD workflows, configurations, and integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects with developers
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ATF
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HRSD and ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of HRSD applications
