Sr Systems Analyst

Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure is forming a new organization to support modernized healthcare with a new, entrepreneurial spirit and focus on excellence. The Senior Systems Analyst III role focuses on incident management, incident investigation, and providing mission-critical support to customers. This role requires troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration to resolve customer issues effectively.

Requirements

• Eligible to receive an appropriate U.S. Government security clearance (US Citizen required)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Linux/Unix experience with command-line and SQL
• Experience with Relational databases and network exposure
• Experience with ticketing systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Experience with Wiki and/or Confluence
• Experience in Application Support (Helpful)
