Sr Systems Analyst-2

Join Target as a Sr Systems Analyst-2 to drive system functionality validation, process alignment, and continuous improvement across key operational platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of business processes, analytical skills, and experience in leading user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution cycles.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in systems or business analysis, preferably within operations
• Strong experience with system testing, defect tracking, and UAT coordination
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of business process modeling and workflow documentation
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication skills with ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall development methodologies
• Preferable experience with Python, Automation, Selenium, TSYS and IVR Testing
