Sr Systems Analyst

Oracle is seeking a Sr Systems Analyst to support Oracle Health’s modernized, automated healthcare platform, building a complete suite of products including Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This role involves incident management, troubleshooting, system investigation, and documentation. Requirements

• Eligible for US government security clearance (US Citizenship required)
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and SQL
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with application support, production systems (Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Linux or UNIX)
• Experience with remote or front-end based customer/technical support
• Experience with incident management, escalation management and tickets documentation (Resorace, ServiceNow, Jira)
