Sr Systems Coordinator (2-4 years experience)

Visa is seeking a Sr Systems Coordinator to develop and maintain IT Configuration Management practices and methodologies, manage server patching, and administer configuration and asset management tools. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a background in SaaS applications, ServiceNow, and ITIL processes.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of work experience
• Background in SaaS applications
• Experience with ServiceNow, especially in CMDB, CI management, reporting, and application criticality reviews
• Proficiency in ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management
• Strong knowledge of security and data privacy regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
