Sr.Tech Analyst

We are searching for a Senior Tech Analyst to join our Rightpoint team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years progressive IT experience, with 3 years' experience working with Cloud computing technologies and 2+ years' experience in leading others. The role requires daily communication in English over the phone and via written communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years progressive IT experience
• 3 years' experience working with Cloud computing technologies (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, and/or GCP)
• 3 years' experience with Microsoft Azure
• 3 years' experience in consulting or digital agency years' providing end user assistance/troubleshooting via phone and tickets/email in English
• 3 years' experience using a Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution (e.g. Atlassian JSM, ServiceNow, etc.)
• 2+ years' experience in leading others
• 2+ years' serving as a technical escalation point to junior personnel
