Sr. Technical Consultant, Core Business Transformation Solutions

As a Sr. Technical Consultant, you will work with customers to configure ServiceNow Core Business Transformation Products, providing technical expertise and leading customer design workshops. You will also guide customers in completing documentation and providing ad-hoc oversight/training for future system administrators.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow.
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• ServiceNow certifications such as a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and relevant ServiceNow Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist/Accreditation designations.
