We are looking for a Sr. Technical Consultant to join our Core Business Transformation Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and developing ServiceNow, as well as leveraging AI to improve work processes. The role will involve working with customers to implement ServiceNow solutions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
- ServiceNow certifications such as a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- At least 5+ years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, HR, Legal, Workplace/Facilities & Finance/Supply Chain technologies
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies
- Strong understanding with leading HR, Legal and/or Workplace/Facilities and related systems and tools
