The Sr. Technical Consultant/Developer will work with customers to optimize and leverage ServiceNow best practices, focusing on configuration versus customization. They will support customer engagements, advise on improving processes, and lead design workshops. The role requires strong technical expertise and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude and ability to deal with cultural diversity.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of configuration/development experience in complex, global organizations in the Finance, Supply Chain and/or Source-to-Pay operations/technology departments
  • Preferably at least 2+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow, holding ServiceNow certifications such as a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification, and Finance & Supply Chain related Solution Accreditations
  • Strong understanding with leading Finance, Supply Chain and/or Source-to-Pay related systems and tools such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Oracle Procurement Cloud, etc.
  • Experience with Web Technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies
  • Strong programming skills
  • Experience in designing & building scalable web services
  • Proficiency in web technologies like XML, REST, and JSON
  • Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Proven team player and team builder
