The Sr. Technical Consultant, IT Asset Management is responsible for providing technical expertise to customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction of the ServiceNow platform. The role involves configuring and developing solutions for complex, highly-capable technologies, and working with customers to identify business process and technical problems. The ideal candidate will have a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations.
